Manage and oversee all scheduled and unscheduled Electrical and Automation and Instrumentation repairs for the VMM Port equipment. Equipment includes but is not limited to stacker/reclaimers, ship loaders, ship unloaders, conveyor systems. On a micro level the equipment includes PLC, SCADA, HMI, LV and HV infrastructure, a variety of instrumentation.
Support the site in achieving required KPI’s around Safety, Health, Environment, Cost and Production Volume.
Effectively manage all HR requirements pertaining to full‑time staff and Business Partner within the E & A team.
Support Engineering and Planning department in achieving required Availability and Reliability of Assets.
The role is a key driver in achieving leading indicators that will contribute to the overall lagging indicators for the VMM site.
