Electrical Technician Supervisor
Location: La Vergne, TN (Onsite Monday - Friday)
Position Overview:
We're partnering with an established manufacturing company in the industrial equipment space looking for an Electrical Technician Supervisor who wants to stay close to the work — not manage from a distance. This role is equal parts hands-on troubleshooting, team development, and cross-functional communication: you'll be diagnosing electrical issues on the floor, training technicians on assembly procedures and safety standards, and keeping engineering and company leadership informed through regular project status reporting. If you're a strong electrical technician who's ready to lead, or a supervisor who still wants their hands in the technical work, this is the right seat.
