About the role:

• Lead deployment of C&W EH&S programs across the US to embed safety into daily operations.

• Promote and communicate C&W's safety culture and operating principles.

• Identify risks, assess loss exposure, and implement corrective/preventive action plans.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for safe work practices and equipment, and support training.

• Coordinate regulatory inspections and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.

• Maintain EH&S logs, permits, and regulatory documentation.

• Investigate incidents, conduct audits, and manage corrective actions.

• Support Workers' Compensation claims management, including investigation and tracking.

• Partner with WC Program Manager and benefits team on injury management and rehabilitation.
