**Job Title: EHS Manager**
**Location: White Bear Lake, MN (occasional travel to Fridley, MN)**
**Pay: $115,000 - $140,000, plus 15% bonus**

**Job Function Summary:**

The EHS Manager leads the EHS Department within the White Bear Lake, MN site. The EHS Manager will advise, supervise, and coordinate all EHS matters within the White Bear Lake site to enable the site management to comply with legal and company-defined EHS requirements and to achieve continuous improvement. The EHS Manager will provide support in developing and implementing programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting, and problem solving.
