Summary
The Inpatient EEG Manager reports directly to the Neurophysiology Clinical Services Director and is responsible for the oversight and daily operations of the 24/7 Inpatient EEG Services for both adult and pediatric patients. This includes direct supervision of key personnel such as the Inpatient EEG Coordinator, System EEG Quality and Professional Development Coordinator, Inpatient EEG Technologists I–IV and CLTM, and Clinical Staff Leaders. The role ensures ongoing program and laboratory accreditation for adult and pediatric services, including Long-Term EEG Monitoring – Critical Care EEG Monitoring Program, Long-Term EEG Monitoring – Epilepsy Monitoring Unit Program, and Pediatric EEG Lab. These programs must meet standards set by ABRET and the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC).
