Minimum Job Requirements B. Com / Diploma in Financial Accounting. Minimum 2 years experience in a financial/accounting role. Key Performance Areas Financial Strategy Participate in organisational strategy management from a financial management perspective. General Financial Provide financial analysis and support to management and all operational areas. Maintain and update accounting system (ERP: BPCS). Financial Control Protect company assets (working capital & fixed assets). Promote good Corporate Governance. General Ledger Prepare Provisions and Accruals. Compile Royalties schedule for month end processing. Prepare general ledger journals. Compile general ledger reconciliations.
