Short Description:
The Education Manager (Affiliate) develops leads and manages the Brand education team and manages the relationship with Region Brand on all aspects related to brand education including new products / innovation, claims, region-wide campaigns / launch for a brand or brand cluster.
Adapts Brand-specific education content to meet local market requirements and leads the team to deliver all Brand-specific content to Commercial teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop, Lead and Manage Brand Education Team & Brand specific Education Strategy for the market; construct Education Calendar for the Fiscal aligned to Global and Regional Strategy
• Interpret and adapt global and regional programs and curriculums for local relevance and delivery.
