Area of Responsibility

• Leading and owning the complete responsibility of Electric Drive Unit for the specific program.
• Responsible for all technical delivery of the Electric Drive Unit design and support the project timing requirements
• Identify the probable technical issue and plan to overcome those in advance
• Provide alternative feasible & cost-effective solutions
• Close tracking and monitoring for issue resolution till implementation
• Smart Sheet, eAPQP update and deliverables met for each gateway
• Prepare DVP plan align with DFMEA. Ensure DFS & DFM
• Update design rules and standard process
• Engineering release & Change management - Detail engineering from assembly to child part level
• Responsible Material selection and testing reports
• Conduct and monitor validation test case & completion as per the DVP...
