Essential Skills

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Hexagon EDMS application or Engineering Data Management systems.
• Strong experience in Application Support – incident management, service requests, problem & change management (ITIL)
• Hands‑on experience in system configuration, administration, and deployment of EDMS applications.
• Experience in integration & interface management across multiple systems (APIs, middleware, data exchange)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to handle critical production incidents and minimize downtime.
• Good understanding of SQL / database querying (Oracle / SQL Server) for issue analysis and data validation.
