Handles administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, such as managing files and records, filling in of office forms, keeping tracks of payments, and answering routine mail
Assists Managing Editor in routing and uploading suppliers contract
Assists editors in coordinating shoots
Assists editors in uploading articles on CMS
Assists in product pullouts and other errands related to production
Transcribe interviews and write short pieces for the website and social media
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to report onsite (events, shoots, and office in QC)
Open to project-based engagement
Available to start ASAP
Can issue own BIR service invoice for talent fees (in case you donβt have this yet, you must be willing to process your own BIR COR and service invoice)
