Provide technical support for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite) 
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner. 
Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful data exchanges. 
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs. 
Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions. 
Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI technology and Seeburger BIS. 
Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems 
Analyze errors, logs, and transaction data to identify root causes of incidents. 
Work as part of a global EDI support team, ensuring seamless support across different time zones and regions.
