THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our EDI Subject Matter Expert, you are responsible for EDI enhancement delivery. You are responsible for the processing and implementation of enhancement and change requests for European EDI messages. You work as a senior SME within the iWay B2B middleware team, coordinating development, performing quality assurance, providing high‑level support, and collaborating closely with global IT and business stakeholders.
You will be reporting to B2B Manager, and you will manage:
EDI enhancements and changes
Implement enhancement requests for European EDI messages

Clarify detailed business and technical requirements

Coordinate required SAP change requests where applicable
New partner implementations
Implement new European EDI partner requests
