Responsibilities As an Economist you will: Applying knowledge of economic theory, statistical/econometric techniques, computer programming and modeling to develop, conduct, and oversee research and evaluation projects to analyze HHS programs and service populations. Developing reports, issue papers, manuscripts for peer-review journals, memoranda, presentations, talking points, and other materials that accurately, coherently, and succinctly summarize the existing evidence base and findings of newly implemented research and that include policy recommendations based on such research.
