Ecommerce Order Processor / Procurement

We are looking for a passionate candidate who would like to work in multiple domains to make our UK, USA and Europe region successful and the candidate is primarily responsible for online website order processing along with other tasks given below.

Responsibilities

• Orders Procurement, Processing, Return Management, and Placing orders
• Monthly accounting of Orders sheet
• Working on Pricing of the products
• Send Purchase Orders to Supplier
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Manage Returns of the order from Customer and then post them ebay, Amazon store
• Creates shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Give customer service on order status
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases...
