About the role
We're a manufacturer-backed multi-brand fashion company selling across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. We need someone who owns operational execution end-to-end and makes sure nothing leaks between our warehouse, our channel partners, and our account agency. What you'll own
Inventory accuracy and sync across all marketplaces and inventory-based quick-commerce platforms
Order processing, dispatch SLA adherence, and coordination with the warehouse/dispatch team
Returns and RTO handling — and closing the loop on return not received and wrong product received cases until reimbursement is confirmed
