            Key Responsibilities 

Design and configure telecom products in Ericsson ECM Catalog. 

Develop and maintain Product Catalog using ConceptWave Velocity Studio. 

Configure SID-based product models and catalog publishing. 

Work on EOC business processes workflows orchestration and interface calls. 

Implement catalog-driven orchestration framework. 

Handle MDRs business rules and information models. 

Integrate external systems using REST SOAP MQ services. 

Develop XML XSD JSON-based integrations and JavaScript components. 

Perform defect fixing production support and troubleshooting. 

Participate in E2E telecom order management solution delivery. 

Support upgrades migrations across EOC ECM versions R16 R19 R20 R22. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OM ON CRM Billing and Provisioning.
