The primary responsibility of this role is to aid the Group in creating electronic tools and resources. As an L&D Consultant, you’ll assess learning requirements, propose suitable solutions, and devise strategic learning strategies and structures. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders is essential to align learning initiatives with business objectives effectively.

Designing toolkits, newsletters, and job aids related to Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement.
Collaborating closely with content owners to understand project requirements and timelines thoroughly.
Using various tools and resources to identify training needs and assess capability standards.
Conducting research and developing blended training solutions.
Utilizing software such as Articulate and Vyond to create e-content.
