About the role
The e-Commerce Manager will lead and execute the brand’s digital commerce strategy, driving GMV growth across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). This role blends commercial strategy with creative execution—specifically overseeing continuous sales activity planning, livestreaming initiatives (TikTok Live), affiliate ecosystem scaling, and influencer/KOL marketing, while maintaining strict budget controls and demanding high ROI performance.
Lead the full e‑commerce promo calendar, including mega‑campaigns and weekly tactical pushes.
Optimise storefronts, bundles, vouchers, and flash deals to maximise conversion.
Partner with Supply Chain to forecast demand and secure stock for peak periods.
Livestream & Tik Tok Shop Operations
Run end‑to‑end livestream operations, from scheduling to product flow and script checks.
