Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the local Amazon Business P&L, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets in line with global strategy.
  • Develop and execute the annual Joint Business Plan, driving growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, retail media, and supply chain excellence.
  • Implement global e-commerce strategies locally, translating global direction into optimized content, pricing, and promotional execution.
  • Lead product launches, campaigns, and content optimization, maximizing traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Proactively manage availability and inventory, preventing stockouts and ensuring demand fulfilment to support customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, share of voice, retail media), taking corrective actions where needed.
