            Job Responsibilities  1. E-Commerce Platform Management  Manage the daily operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Redmart, Fariprice online and other online marketplaces. 
Handle product listings, delistings, pricing updates, inventory management, and product content optimization. 
Ensure all product information, descriptions, images, specifications, and promotional details are accurate and up to date. 
 2. Order Processing & Customer Service  Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. 
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipments and track delivery status. 
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues professionally. 
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and marketplace chat platforms.
