Job Scope: Manage daily operations across key e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify
Create and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional setup
Plan and execute campaigns (e.g. mega campaigns, flash sales) to drive traffic and conversions
Work closely with platform account managers to maximise visibility and sales performance
Ensure online store content is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guideline
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on inventory, inbound shipments, and stock planning
Liaise with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment
Monitor order flow and resolve issues related to shipping delays, returns, and cancellations
Handle invoice verification, cost tracking, and operational documentation
Track and analyse sales performance, campaign results, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
