• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Optimize product visibility through webpage, keywords, and platform tools.
• Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Track competitor pricing and market trends.
