Job Summary You will create engaging short-form videos, manage e-commerce platforms, respond to customer enquiries, and coordinate order fulfillment to support our online sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Plan and film short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase products and engage audiences Manage Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shops by updating product listings, pricing, and promotions to maintain smooth operations Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate packing and timely shipping of orders Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in e-commerce, social media, or content creation Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar apps Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Minimum O-Level or equivalent
