Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Workspace / Copilot Service Workspace.
Customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
Support digital contact center scenarios, including omnichannel engagement (chat, voice, email).
Develop server-side logic using C# / .NET plugins, console applications, and custom workflows.
Implement automation using Power Automate for service processes and integrations.
Carry out code reviews and quality assurance in development.
Testing and commissioning of the created solutions.
SkillsAt least 5 years’ experience developing with an object-oriented programming language. Preferably C#.
Strong experience in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM Environments and Dataverse.
Experience with Power Platform (Mandatory: Power Automate, Nice‑to‑have: Power Apps).
Fluently writing and speaking in English.
