            Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements. 
Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops. 
Design and present strong Dynamics365 CRM/ERP solution architecture aligned to customer needs. 
Demonstrate product capabilities through presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs). 
Develop technical and commercial proposals, estimations, and response documents for RFP, RFQ, RFI. 
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solution feasibility and project transition. 
Identify opportunities for extending solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps. 
Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle and contribute to deal closures. 
Stay updated with Microsoft product enhancements and industry trends.
