As a Duty Manager, you’ll create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location. By providing guests with information on our hotel along with local information or arranging transportation, you'll ensure that guests have a seamless experience in Queenstown!

Complete welcoming and accurate check-in/check-out experiences

Monitor the sale & supply of alcohol

You will ensure that guest requests/complaints are dealt with in a timely manner by coordinating with other departments to handle these tasks/complaints e.g. hotel maintenance issues, pass-on requests for Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping amenities.
