What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and keyboard) that Dutch-speaking customers turn to when they need help. Day-to-day, that means:

•     Handling customer questions via phone, email, and chat — professionally and with personality
•     Solving product, service, and account-related issues efficiently
•     Escalating the tricky stuff to the right people, at the right time
•     Representing a global brand in a way that leaves customers genuinely impressed
