TradeQuo Global is looking for a proactive Office Admin Coordinator to join our Dubai office. You will support day-to-day administration and core HR operations, reporting to the HR & Operations Manager.
The role includes managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining employee records. Candidates should have a BSc in HR or Business Administration and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with HRIS systems are required. Visa sponsorship and medical insurance are offered from day one.
