Responsibilities

1. Responsible for DSP (Demand-Side Platform) business development, onboarding, subsidy policy formulation, and settlement.
2. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies;
   produce market analysisreports to optimize business strategies and cooperation models.
3. Participate in DSP business negotiations, contract signing, and settlement follow-ups;
   manage cooperation risks and safeguard company interests.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
   majors in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
2. 2+ years of relevant DSP management experience;
   familiar with business policy formulation. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
3. Familiar with RTB (Real-Time Bidding) and other trading models;
