A leading contractor within the fire and building services space is seeking an experienced Dry Fire Project Manager to join their growing projects division in Melbourne.

This is an opportunity to step into large scale, technically complex projects within live operational environments, working alongside high performing teams delivering critical infrastructure and major commercial upgrades across Victoria.

The Role
You will take ownership of dry fire projects from mobilisation through to handover, leading all aspects of delivery including:
• Project planning and coordination
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Client and stakeholder communication
• Cost control, variations and forecasting
• Testing, commissioning and handover
• Quality assurance and project documentation
• Managing interfaces across electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, ...
