We are seeking a highly motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants per company guidelines, while simultaneously improving driver retention and safety standards. Additionally, the Recruiter will work closely with multiple departments in order to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
