Description

The Drilling Performance Coach role is to support well delivery operations by driving continuousimprovement in drilling eiciency, safety, and cost control. The role is focused on coaching, mentoring, and guiding drilling teams to adopt best practices, optimize rig performance, andachieve the operators well delivery objectives.

• Monitor and analyse daily drilling KPIs (i.e. ROP, flat time, NPT, connection times).
• Identify ineiciencies and provide actionable recommendations to rig and oice teams.
• Benchmark performance against project targets and industry best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Drilling Supervisors, Drillers, and rig crews.
• Conduct on-the-job training, toolbox talks, and performance workshops.
• Strengthen crew competency and operational discipline through regular engagement.
