Requirements

• Competency A certificate
• Grade 12
• Surface Blasting Ticket (Opencast Mining) will be an advantage
• Eight (8) years of Open Pit experience required
• Five (5) years of drill/blast experience required
• Experience on DTH/Ranger & Panthera Drill Rigs
• Experience in Drilling and Blasting in a supervisory roll
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• The successful candidate will be required to go for a medical assessment.
• Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence

General Duties

• Productivity of Drills
• Comply to Health & Safety Requirements
