            Technical & Functional Expertise Seeking an E/E (Electrical/Electronic) background who can provide strong technical support to the team 
Solid understanding of hardware and software integration 
Strong preference for experience with lighting systems, though candidates from other Body Controller Module (BCM) backgrounds will also be considered 
Proficient in using CAN tools (CANBUS) and LIN 
Knowledgeable in: Cybersecurity; Environmental compliance; Testing methodologies; System block diagram design; Fast Liner components (resistor/capacitor) 
Expertise in design and development 
Capable of interpreting software requirements; coding experience is not required 
Leadership Will be responsible for leading and mentoring team members
