            Roles & Responsibilities  To develop CAD drawings 
Coordinate and liaise with M&E Team in preparation of M&E drawings 
To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings 
Prepare drawings independently 
Update and maintain current drawings / documentation 
Familiar with local building codes 
 Requirements  Diploma in electrical & mechanical engineering or relevant 
3 years mechanical & electrical drafting/drawing experience 
Proficient in AutoCAD 
Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
