Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking‑off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
Monitor the site progress, and confirm sub‑contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.
Requirements
Bachelor in construction‑related, civil engineering field
Good communications skill
Knowledge of structural will be beneficial
Academic in relevant structure steel, building/engineering
Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage
