The primary objectives of this position are to identify and enhance donor relations initiatives, especially for major and planned gift donors; steward key stakeholders; create meaningful donor communications, coordinate grateful family interactions and manage donor recognition programs. This position will support major gift initiatives, capital campaigns and planned giving program for Dayton Children's. This role will also require a great deal of collaboration with broader development team, marketing and other internal constituents.
