Issue delivery orders and address all import-related queries/ Pre alert messages
Handle counter customer interactions.
Manage container refund cases.
Coordinate counterpart messages and obtain lines NOCs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Bachler’s in reputed institution.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Shipping line experience at DO counter.
Salary : 65K to 75k
