We are looking for an experienced freelance administrative/accounts support professional to assist with preparing and filing supporting documents for payment vouchers, work orders, purchase orders and bills.
Scope of Work
- Organize and compile supporting documents.
- Match invoices, bills, receipts, purchase orders, and approvals.
- Ensure documents are complete and properly filed.
- Verify consistency of billing details and supporting records.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Assist with document tracking and follow-up where necessary.
