Job Summary
Administration of a document control system in support of programwide administrative and operational activities.
Job Duties
- Maintaining of all technical documents such as specifications drawings vendor drawings calculation sheets field revision instructions engineering revisions instructions shop maintaining the Electronic Document Archive.
- Preparing the monthly document control reports such as Registers/logs of Critical / NonCritical Documents GFC Drawings Shop Drawings RFINCR CAR (Corrective Action Request etc. for the submission of monthly progress report to the client
- Keeping all periodical records / registers as required under the provisions of various laws. Registration / Renewal of various licenses.
- Issuing Documents as per their status and requirement through the Engineering Transmittals generated. to the Client Consultant Project Departments and Company Head Office.
