Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of reference documents in compliance with company quality standards and record-keeping procedures.
Correlate and organize information relating to projects and proposal records.
Type, copy, distribute, and file project correspondence and meeting minutes.
Assist in preparing meeting minutes with project managers and directors.
