We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a sense of urgency to join our team as a Document & Mailroom Coordinator. In this role, you will manage mailroom operations, document processing, and vendor relationships to keep our business running efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Mailroom Operations**
+ Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including courier deliveries and pick-ups
+ Prepare and process outgoing mail and assist with returned or unclaimed mail
**Document Management**
+ Collect, sort, prepare, and scan documents
+ Label and enter documents into the system, ensuring accuracy and quality
+ Perform post-scanning quality checks and file original records
+ Secure and properly dispose of confidential documents
**Financial Support**
+ Print and scan checks for deposit for Escrow and Commission teams
+ Print Garnishment and SEP checks.
