We are looking for a highly organised, relationship-focused Doctoral Examinations Coordinator to join our supportive School of Graduate Studies team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in one of the most significant milestones of a doctoral candidate's academic journey. As a Doctoral Examinations Coordinator, you'll oversee the end-to-end administration of doctoral examinations, ensuring each examination is delivered smoothly, professionally, and in accordance with University regulations.

Working with doctoral candidates, supervisors, senior academics, and international examiners, you'll coordinate complex examination processes, provide expert advice on policies and procedures, and manage multiple competing priorities with confidence and care.
