We are immediately hiring an Outbound Dock Supervisor at our Kansas City, MO service center. Pay Range: starting at $75,000 per year. Responsibilities Monitor employee safety practices daily. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other federal/state regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‐free dock environment. Supervise dockworkers and assign tasks to optimize labor and equipment utilization. Ensure trailers are loaded/unloaded correctly to guarantee safe freight transport. Review operational reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost control. Make quick, informed decisions based on freight volume and communicate schedules to staff.
