The SDA/DNAC Engineer is the top‑level support for a complex global network Capgemini is supporting. Focus area of this position is primarily on SDA/DNAC managed fabric sites. The responsibilities often exist in engineering or architecture teams. This position will partner with those teams to ensure seamless integration into the production environment and the support structure. This role will be engaged at times to participate in incidents that have exceeded the ability of Tier2 to resolve. The scope of this position spans the data network, wireless devices and numerous applications. A strong understanding of monitoring tools and techniques is required.
