What You'll Do
Run outbound cold‑calling campaigns to generate and qualify leads
Pitch DME products and close deals over the phone
Manage prior authorizations and documentation (CMNs, WOPD, etc.)
Build relationships with providers and referral partners
Hit monthly targets and grow your pipeline
What You Bring
2+ years hands‑on DME billing (US healthcare)
Strong grip on Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer rules
Proven outbound cold‑calling experience
Confident phone presence and strong English (neutral accent a plus)
Comfortable with CRM tools and a target‑driven environment
