Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work in collaboration with Division Heads and Market Managers to ensure effective scorecard Management, including but not limited to Salesforce review/comparison and timely sales - service reporting updates.
- Prepares and delivers presentations on ranking reports, service updates, contests/bank initiatives and recognition to branch teams, etc.
- Participate in and lead a segment of the weekly/monthly divisional sales - service meetings. Assist the Division Head with preparation, team building exercises and PowerPoints.
- Strengthen Valley's Service Model and program through branch and virtual meetings/visits by ensuring effective and consistent use of sales - service coaching, observation and meeting tools to support the quality development of our associates.
