Job Description

Provides administrative and coordination support for divisional communications, meetings, and international engagements. Manages travel arrangements and documentation for overseas trips and conferences, including bookings, visas, and reimbursements. Coordinates with various divisions of the Insurance Commission and internal departments regarding regulatory submissions, licensing, policy approvals, claims follow-ups, and company reports, while maintaining strong professional relationships with key regulatory offices.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or related functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
