Mission

As part of our development, we are looking for a District Manager Retail, based in Barcelona. Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Area Manager, you are the guarantor of compliance with the commercial policy of the brand with the American Vintage network in Spain.

Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Supervise, guide your teams to maximize revenue & KPI by making action plans to drive top‑line growth and bottom‑line profitability and by organizing weekly visits in your stores.
• Analyze the performance of your network and make weekly reports to your Head of Retail.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
