Job Description

Leads district Asset Protection (AP), Safety, and Shrink Reduction strategies through strong field leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional partnerships. Drives results through Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations, internal case resolution, operational compliance, and safety execution. Influences store and field leadership to improve profitability, reduce risk, and enhance customer and associate experience.

This position is responsible for locations throughout Maryland.

Specific locations consist of: Baltimore, Bel Air, Dundalk, Essex, Hampstead, Havre De Grace, Nottingham, Owings Mills, Parkville, Perry Hall, Towson, Reisterstown and Westminster, MD and requires on-site presence.
